Recently, UHI scored a whopping $410,000 grant from THDA’s Capacity Building Program. What does that mean for the organization? It means they’re all set to renovate a property that was generously donated to them last year! This property, located at 2509 Harvard Ave. in Binghampton, is an 78-year-old building known as Caritas Village, which UHI received in 2022.
