Shelby County Secures Nearly $1 Million for Housing Program!

This impressive funding comes through the Smart Reentry: Housing Demonstration Program Grant, specifically aimed at assisting formerly incarcerated individuals in finding stable housing. Mayor Harris revealed that the county has received $999,101 to support the ongoing efforts of the Shelby County Office of Re-Entry. This funding is part of a broader initiative called the Returning Neighbors Program, which is all about easing the transition back into society.
