โIt was very quick that I realized that, although I was going to do anesthesia and my patients might be sedated or asleep a great amount of the time, I could still have the closeness and bond with the patients individually through both working in the anesthesia pre-op clinic and then working clinically in the operating room,โ she noted.

Patients often come in requesting her services, solidifying her belief that creating a personal relationship can significantly impact their healthcare experience. โYou really get to have an appreciation for the individual patient and see them as an individual here,โ she added.
