Immunization is a critical component of preventive health care for children, as it helps protect them against various diseases and health issues as they head back to school. Ensuring that children are vaccinated not only safeguards their health but also contributes to the overall well-being of the community. As parents prepare their children for school, these free resources alleviate financial concerns and encourage them to take action for their children’s health.
The upcoming back-to-school immunization events reflect the ongoing commitment of Memphis-Shelby County Schools and the Shelby County Health Department to support families and children, ensuring a healthy start to the academic year.
