However, the scale of the work required is grand, prompting the main contractor to reach out for local assistance. Cleveland Construction has instigated an outreach event to recruit potential subcontractors for the upcoming mammoth task.

On Wednesday, May 22, Cleveland Construction co-hosted an open outreach event at the Springhill Suites Downtown to brief local businesses and draw in potential subcontractors. Shawn Zbasnik, director of marketing of Cleveland Construction, stated that the scope of work would need multiple contractors to each take on different aspects of the core and shell of the 600 feet intimidating structure.
